MS / HS Parent Teacher Conference Booking Information

Here is a tutorial on how to make Parent Teacher Conference bookings through the Parent Portal.

Sign on to the Parent Portal

  1. Go to the ISM website www.ismanila.org
  2. Go to the drop down menu under the Community tab at the top right of the page and select Parent portal
  3. Enter your Powerschool Username and Password

Choose the division your child is in: MS or HS

Middle School


High School


Click on "Add/Modify Reservation"

This will allow you to make Parent Conference Bookings or change pre-existing bookings.

Make a Booking

You do this by selecting "reserve/cancel".

You can book up to 4 slots on the initial booking window. They do not need to be on the same day.

Remember: You must click "Submit" to confirm your bookings.


Confirmation Page

When the confirmation page appears you can click

Done - Brings you to a verification page

Add/Modify - Allows you to change your bookings

Save PDF - Allows you to save as an electronic document

Print - Allows you to print your schedule.

It is highly recommended that you bring a copy of your schedule to Parent Teacher Conferences.

Notes:

1. For multiple bookings you must leave a 10 minute space between bookings. This allows you travel time.

2. You cannot book a teacher twice on different days.
