Tuesday, 18th February - 9:00 am For families with multiple ES siblings
Wednesday, 19th February - 9:00 am For families with one ES student
Please follow this tutorial on how to schedule your Parent Teacher Conferences once the site is open.
Open the PTC Scheduler website directly at: esptc.ismanila.org
Sign in using your ISM Parent Google account.
Important note: All bookings or changes to appointment schedules should be completed before Monday, March 3rd at 4:00pm
Pop-up-blockers should be turned off to allow access to the PTC Scheduler.
If you have misplaced or forgotten your Parent Portal username and password, please call the Elementary School Office at 02 8840 8450 or email es@ismanila.org / esguidance@ismanila.org
If you have your PTC on Zoom, download the latest version of Zoom software and test your connection before the meeting:

The teachers and dates used in this tutorial are for this tutorial only, your booking scheduler will be matched for your classes
If you have two or more children in Elementary School you will automatically see names at the top left hand side of your booking system so you can switch easily to make bookings.
You have two options for your PTC; Face to Face or Zoom.
Please select your preference from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Schedule a booking time by selecting 'Book' next to each course.
Available time slots for each PTC day for that individual teacher/course will be shown for you to choose from.
You are also invited to meet your child’s Art, Music, or PE teacher. With each specialist teacher having only a limited number of available meeting slots, we ask that parents book only one specialist appointment per child. Due to time constraints, a booked conference slot is for the specific student only, rather than including any sibling discussions.
Select one of the available time slots on your chosen day for the selected teacher.
You must click 'Book Now' and then select 'Confirm Book Now'.
After you have clicked the “Book Now” button, our system will process the data that you have entered. Please wait while your booking request is confirmed by our system. This can take up to 30 seconds at times of high user traffic.
Click 'Confirm Book Now'
Your scheduled bookings will be listed with the room number for Face to Face conferences, and the Zoom Meeting link if you have selected Zoom.
There will also be an option to 'delete' the conference if you need to modify/cancel your PTC time or day.
Important note: All bookings or changes to appointment schedules should be completed before Monday, March 3rd at 4:00pm

Reminder. If you choose to delete a scheduled booking it may no longer be available from the booking schedule.
You can Print or Download a PDF copy of your Conference Schedule by clicking on 'Print Schedule'
Procedure for attending the Zoom PTC Conference:
Zoom Links: all links are displayed on your confirmation schedule, if there are any issues with the link you can contact the ES Office.
Identify yourself: Make sure your Zoom name identifies you as the parent of your child so that the teacher knows which parent is in the waiting room and which to admit for the next conference.
Be on time: A minute or 2 before the prescribed time for your conference, click on the Zoom link provided in the email that you will receive.
End on time: Finish the meeting with your child’s teacher at the end of the session –there will be other parents waiting after you to meet with this same teacher.
