MS Parent Teacher Conference Booking Information
Follow this tutorial on how to make Parent Teacher Conference bookings through the Parent Portal.
Parent Portal Website:
Go to the ISM website ismanila.org
Go to the drop down menu under the Community tab at the top left of the page and select Parent Portal
Parent Portal Sign In
3. Enter your Powerschool Username and Password
4. If you don't know your Username and Password you must contact the ES Office for your login credentials.
Choose the division your child is in: MS or HS
PTC Scheduler
If you have two or more children in Middle School you will automatically see names at the top left hand side of your booking system so you can switch easily to make bookings.
Make a Booking
Schedule a booking time by selecting 'Book' for each course to open the available times.
Select a Day and Time
Select one of the available time slots on your chosen day for the selected teacher.
You must click 'Book Now' and then select 'Confirm Book Now'.
If you have children in both Middle School and High School, please be sure to keep track of your appointments so that you do not double book yourself.
Scheduled PTC's
Your scheduled bookings will be listed with the Zoom Meeting link and the option to delete the conference if you need to modify your time or day.
Reminder. If you choose to delete a scheduled booking it may no longer be available from the booking schedule.
Print Schedule Page
You can Print or Download a PDF copy of your Conference Schedule by clciking on 'Print Schedule'
